[aur-requests] [PRQ#716] Deletion Request for netkill

TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for netkill [2]:

The submitter made this PKGBuild empty.
It could be restored via
http://pkgbuild.com/git/aur-mirror.git/tree/netkill
But as the script was included in the tarball (no go) and probably
there was a valid reason to remove it (like not working) I think this
can be nuked.
