[aur-requests] [PRQ#734] Merge Request for kokua-bin

GordonGR [1] filed a request to merge kokua-bin [2] into
kokua-secondlife [3]:

According to upstream, the so far single viewer is divided into two
branches, one for Second Life and another for the Open Simulator
grids. So, I created two new packages, kokua-opensimulator and
kokua-secondlife. The formerly single viewer is being continued to
kokua-secondlife, while kokua-opensimulator is a new branch.
