[aur-requests] [PRQ#747] Deletion Request for tcc-lib

TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for tcc-lib [2]:

No particular difference between [community]/tcc. One uses tcc and one
gcc as dep.
Both create a shared lib (mostly the same way. Difference came
with[3]) of libtcc.

The only comment mentions that there is a problem with having tcc as
dep and installing tcc-lib as the files land in the same place.
