jnbek [1] filed a deletion request for perl-perlmagick [2]:

The files provided by this module are part of the imagemagick package
in Extra. Also the imagemagick package should be updated to add a
provides perl-perlmagick. Also this module is version 6.89 and will
not build with the current version of imagemagick, version 6.91
