[aur-requests] [PRQ#3143] Deletion Request for libnacl

intelfx [1] filed a deletion request for libnacl [2]:

IIUC, this is the same as (or a never version of)
community/libsodium.

The two reverse deps will be gone as soon as my merge requests are
fulfilled. Anyhow, pynacl now builds against libsodium, so these
reverse deps are incorrect.
