[aur-requests] [PRQ#3872] Merge Request for inotifyx

Toost_Inc [1] filed a request to merge inotifyx [2] into
python2-inotifyx [3]:

Not sure whether it should be merged or deleted, but there was a small
misunderstanding on my side as to whether this package was moved to
AUR4 or not.
