[aur-requests] [PRQ#3907] Deletion Request for mycli

aabmass [1] filed a deletion request for mycli [2]:

I have renamed this package to python-mycli. At first, I named it
mycli because it probably would be used as a cli and not as a python
library. However, in order to have a python2-mycli package, I think
that python-mycli is a better name.
