[aur-requests] [PRQ#3930] Merge Request for dictd-foldoc

respiranto [1] filed a request to merge dictd-foldoc [2] into
dict-foldoc [3]:

I want to rename the dictd-foldoc package to dict-foldoc, very simply
because it implies dictd being the only dict server or more precisely
the only application being able to use a dict database, which it
certainly is not.
Therefore I already set dictd as only optional dependency, like I did
for all the dict-* packages I maintain.
