Lastebil [1] filed a orphan request for crossover [2]:

Version 15 is out and has been for several days; this is a major
update which should be reviewed and applied.  The maintainer hasn't
responded to earlier suggestions that he subscribe to the mailing
list, nor is he seemingly active for this project.  It should be
orphaned so others can pick it up and help him out.
