[aur-requests] [PRQ#2212] Deletion Request for mingw-w64-nsis

xantares [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-nsis [2]:

basically it's a duplicate from nsis package,

but it's more subtle than that.
the binary as is here is a regular linux elf, 
so it's not properly cross-compiled (and you dont need to)
altought even if it tries to install in mingw-w64 directories
but this packages does also provide some mingw-w64 binding (only i386
ldpapi.a)
