[aur-requests] [PRQ#2403] Deletion Request for ptscotch-mpich

Please create a "scotch-mpich" before trying to delete this. The "scotch" package is for Open MPI, which is not compatible and has major open bugs in one-sided (with bug reports and test cases for ~10 years now), so is not an option for a class of applications. That is why I maintain both variants.
