jamesan [1] filed a deletion request for drush_make [2]:

This package has been obsolete as of 2011 Dec 09. That's the date the
upstream web page was revised to announce that Drush Make was being
integrated into Drush proper, and would no longer be a separate
package. It remains as such so drush_make is also obsolete.
