[aur-requests] [PRQ#2096] Merge Request for ghc-mod

zoidberg_md [1] filed a request to merge ghc-mod [2] into
haskell-ghc-mod [3]:

I own both ghc-mod and haskell-ghc-mod. haskell- prefix is enforced by
cblrepo tool and ghc-mod isn't usable outside haskell context anyway
because it's Haskell mode for many editors (not only vim and emacs).
