[aur-requests] [PRQ#3683] Orphan Request for telegram-desktop

eduardosm [1] filed a orphan request for telegram-desktop [2]:

This package should be prefixed with -bin because it downloads and
installs already compiled binaries, even though the source code is
available. I have ready a PKGBUILD that builds from source ready.
