[aur-requests] [PRQ#3699] Merge Request for python2-hglib

terminalmage [1] filed a request to merge python2-hglib [2] into
python-hglib [3]:

Please merge this into python-hglib so I can provide both python2 and
python3 packages in the same PKGBUILD.

Note that I've already pushed a PKGBUILD with python2 and python3
packages under the python-hglib pkgbase, but the python2 package is
improperly named. I have an updated PKGBUILD prepared which fixes
this, but it cannot be pushed due to python2-hglib already existing
(necessitating this merge).
