wookietreiber [1] filed a deletion request for beagle-lib-svn [2]:

beagle-lib has moved to GitHub. I have created a new package
beagle-lib-git for an SCM-based build. beagle-lib-svn only works with
the old googlecode SVN, so this package can be removed in favour of
the new beagle-lib-git.
