You're normally not supposed to have stuff
in /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl, please check your whole Perl setup ...
which package (if any) owns that file (-Qo), are there forgotten
traces of raw (unpackaged) CPAN stuff lying around where they don't
belong, etc.
