[aur-requests] [PRQ#3470] Request Rejected

Request #3470 has been rejected by anthraxx [1]:

ruby packages should only have a ruby- prefix if they are used as
libraries. However 'lolcat' as such is meant to be a console program
to behave in a way like cat does. Programs as such should not carry
the prefix in which languages they are written, therefor denied.
(Not that it does mean anything but f.e. also ubuntu and gentoo do the
same)
