[aur-requests] [PRQ#3329] Merge Request for cutegram-cn

farseerfc [1] filed a request to merge cutegram-cn [2] into cutegram
[3]:

The Chinese translation patches have been merged into upstream master
branch and released with 2.2.0, therefore there is no need a split
package. I took over the cutegram package and will continue maintain
that package.
