[aur-requests] [PRQ#4389] Merge Request for bfg-repo-cleaner

noderat [1] filed a request to merge bfg-repo-cleaner [2] into bfg
[3]:

bfg is the older package, however I do think that the name should be
bfg-repo-cleaner.

Also request package be orphaned as it's not being kept up to date.
