This package is a duplicate of 'icu48' and does not provide the amount
of security patches that 'icu48' does. 

I will grant that this package was likely submitted due to the lack of
an equivalent package on AUR4 during the migration period. However,
'icu48' was drawn across from the AUR3 archives and submitted under
the correct name since then…
