[aur-requests] [PRQ#6222] Merge Request for mingw-w64-qt5-base

Martchus [1] filed a request to merge mingw-w64-qt5-base [2] into
mingw-w64-qt5-base-angle [3]:

The package has been renamed to mingw-w64-qt5-base-angle because ANGLE
version is no longer the default version.

Reason: Building ANGLE is annoying because cross-compilation with
mingw-w64 is not officially supported by the ANGLE devs. A graphics
driver being installed under Windows should not be a problematic
requirement in most cases. MXE and mingw-w64 packages of MSYS2 also
default to native OpenGL rather than ANGLE.

Further steps: I will upload mingw-w64-qt5-base again (which is now
the OpenGL version) and then request to merge mingw-w64-qt5-base-
opengl into it.
