It's mentioned in the comments:

This package doesn't work anymore, the sources on github are gone, the
homepage doesn't exist anymore and a websearch for "oinut animation"
doesn't show any hints, that this project lives anywhere else.

I think this project is dead, so the package should be deleted from
the AUR.
