[aur-requests] [PRQ#7043] Deletion Request for biber-bin

kotrfa [1] filed a deletion request for biber-bin [2]:

I thought that this could be a lightweight version of biber without
necessarily downloading 88 packages as you have to from the original
repo...

I wasn't able to do so and hence I am disowning this package.
