Jaco,

this package is the original openrc package for AL, created and 
maintained by apg .

Artoo's openrc packages used openrc-core .
This thread on manjaro boards[1]  indicates artoo has given up on 
supporting AUR and has removed
all his packages.

If you want manjaro based packages on aur, use a different naming for them.
