[aur-requests] [PRQ#4673] Deletion Request for haskell-stack

ksira [1] filed a deletion request for haskell-stack [2]:

`haskell-stack` in the AUR has been superseded by `stack` in
community. We would like to request to have the AUR version deleted as
we won't be maintaining it any longer.
