[aur-requests] [PRQ#4728] Deletion Request for shadowsocks-go

SaberSalv [1] filed a deletion request for shadowsocks-go [2]:

please make this package compile binary from user side, depending on
user's architecture.
also, install binary from AUR is not safe.

As the comment said, I'll create another package using compile from
source, so please delete this package.
