[aur-requests] [PRQ#5669] Deletion Request for youtube-dl-latest

Due to the low frequency updates of Community package and how fastly Google breaks its functionality by changing Youtube architecture, this package which give the latest release available is useful. youtube-dl-git give the latest commit which is potentially full of bugs unlike releases.
