pmattern [1] filed a deletion request for otter-browser-qtwebengine-
git [2]:

Package was providing a current VCS version of Otter Browser compiled
against QtWebEngine as long as this was still experimental and branch
master was still meant to be compiled against QtWebKit.
As such it isn't needed any longer.
