[aur-requests] [PRQ#5492] Merge Request for texlive-tubslatex

timschubert [1] filed a request to merge texlive-tubslatex [2] into
texlive-tubs [3]:

texlive-tubslatex can be replaced with texlive-tubs. The install
script has been updated with functions from the original deb package
[0]. texlive-tubslatex uses sudo in its install script without listing
it as a dependency. This is not necessary and will cause the
installation to fail, when sudo is not installed. As a consequence
sudo has been removed from the install script.
