[aur-requests] [PRQ#6765] Orphan Request for python2-py-bcrypt

cinaed666 [1] filed a orphan request for python2-py-bcrypt [2]:

This package currently returns a 404 error while trying to download a
tarball. The URL to fetch it has changed, but the maintainer has not
responded to comments to change it.
If possible, I would take over ownership myself and fix it.
