[aur-requests] [PRQ#6747] Merge Request for hugo

neitsab [1] filed a request to merge hugo [2] into hugo-bin [3]:

This package downloads precompiled binary from official repository,
therefore it should be renamed "hugo-bin".
I have pushed hugo-bin to the AUR, updating the PKGBUILD to the latest
version and taking into accounts user comments. Therefore the "hugo"
namespace should be left for its due owner "hugo-src" to take it.
