[aur-requests] [PRQ#6308] Deletion Request for franz

gdonval [1] filed a deletion request for franz [2]:

This package is illegal: a few licenses are missing, including (but
certainly not limited to) the one of FFMPEG (shared lib) and the one
of Chromium (static lib). The current maintainer refuses to comply or
to get in touch with upstream to sort that out.

This package is misleading: the license of the final software is
supposed to be MIT and it is hosted at Github BUT it is actually
closed source. A rename to "franz-bin" or a simple reference somewhere
would be great.

I propose the deletion to let the current maintainer create a new
package, "franz-bin" once the proper licensing files are provided.
