[aur-requests] [PRQ#6435] Merge Request for pidgin-gpg

MarcinWieczorek [1] filed a request to merge pidgin-gpg [2] into
pidgin-gpg-git [3]:

This package required a proper name, so I updated it (fixed pkgver
generating, the license, depends, optimized it) and pushed as *-git
package. The upstream does not tag the project well, in fact it's not
even continued anymore (only fixes and PRs rarely). I added the
original maintainer as co-maintainer.
