[aur-requests] [PRQ#7856] Deletion Request for bat-svn

mxr [1] filed a deletion request for bat-svn [2]:

The developers of the binary analysis tools switched to development on
github[1]. Therefore I opted to create a new package (bat-git) to
reflect this change.

bat-svn is will no longer build (the svn repository in no longer in
existence), the package should be removed.
