Anthony25 [1] filed a deletion request for python-django-rest-
swagger0.3.10 [2]:

I did this package for netbox, that required a specific version of
django-rest-swagger, but they are synced with the upstream now, so I
don't need it anymore.

If nobody needs this specific version, it could be removed.
