[aur-requests] [PRQ#7916] Merge Request for python-dulwich

drrossum [1] filed a request to merge python-dulwich [2] into
python2-dulwich [3]:

I'd like to generate the python and python2 packages from a single
PKGBUILD. I am the maintainer of both packages. Since the python3
packages as fewer votes (1 vs 107) it would make sense to merge this
one into the other. Does that technically make a difference at all?
