[aur-requests] [PRQ#8883] Merge Request for st-solarized-light

shapeshed [1] filed a request to merge st-solarized-light [2] into st-
solarized [3]:

The st project now supports dynamically switching colours with F6 so
there is no need to maintain separate packages for dark and light
themes now.

Furthermore there is an existing package available 'st-solarized' that
the existing maintainer has orphaned and I have taken it over.
