[aur-requests] [PRQ#10148] Orphan Request for xbps

Eschwartz [1] filed a orphan request for xbps [2]:

This received an initial upload by a user who has not logged into the
AUR since then.

It currently doesn't build due to warnings as well as openssl 1.1
incompatibility that first manifested back in April.
