Eschwartz [1] filed a deletion request for bin32-edb-debugger-git [2]:

As of over a year ago, this package no longer uses qmake, but switched
entirely to cmake. It also has an unresolvable dependency in
lib32-qt5-base.

Since no one seems to have noticed in over a year, this should be
deleted -- I guess no one cares about it!
