Request #10187 has been accepted by Eschwartz [1]:

Yeah, the AUR is not a test ground for uploading non-working packages.
Especially when the maintainer seems to also be the upstream
developer... except the upstream project being referenced, doesn't
even exist yet!

First commit uploaded says "Initial commit to push AUR package - still
contains source of hello package used as example"
Really, this is not at all okay.
