[aur-requests] [PRQ#7445] Merge Request for ctrulib-git

linkmauve [1] filed a request to merge ctrulib-git [2] into libctru-
git [3]:

These two packages provide the exact same program, ctrulib-git came
before and is required by a bunch of other packages, but libctru-git
is a more consistent name.  The PKGBUILD in ctrulib-git is in a better
state though, I will sort that out with the other maintainer later.
