[aur-requests] [PRQ#7528] Orphan Request for redmine

i cleaned the package and built the wiki almost from scratch, and i been
keeping working but the time became rare for now.

if you  want to be a co-maintainer, it would be very helpful, but if you
prefer to take ownership, i will be fine as well.
