[aur-requests] [PRQ#7171] Deletion Request for syslog-ng-latest

Hi Alad,

syslog-ng in official repository is pretty much outdated (flagged as
outdated since  2015-10-14).
I will delete this AUR package, as soon as the official one is up-to-date.
