[aur-requests] Odp.: [PRQ#8444] Orphan Request for powershell-bin

I am sorry for that, but I ran into some personal issues and couldn't update this package.

I already looked into packaging again and found a way to provide powershell binary without all this ssl or compatibility mess. The new version should be pushed in a matter of few days.

Hi,

I would like to update this package to the latest version & fix the
build issue due to depending on a package which no longer exists.

I tried emailing the maintainer with a patch which can be used to fix
the current issues with the PKGBUILD but have received no response
since my email on Jun 28.
