[aur-requests] [PRQ#8657] Orphan Request for pick-colour-picker

GutenYe [1] filed a orphan request for pick-colour-picker [2]:

1. The maintainer has not been response for more than 8 month

2,  This package is totally wrong, which is harmful.
This PKGBUILD is invalid for the following reasons:
- The `cp` statement copies every binary on your system (contents of
/usr/bin) and adds it to the package
- The `mv` statement only has one argument, thus the installation
fails. Also, it should be ${pkgdir} instead of {$pkgdir}
- .SRCINFO needs to be updated
