reztho [1] filed a deletion request for xchat-otr [2]:

- It depends on a dependency that now it doesn't exist, so it can't be
compiled.
- The software is outdated and upstream developers are now focusing on
adding the off-the-record protocol but for Irssi (another IRC chat
software).
