hobarrera [1] filed a request to merge bcwc-pcie-dkms [2] into bcwc-
pcie-git [3]:

This package actually tracks latest git. There are no stable upstream
releases, and the intention upstream it to merge this driver into the
mainline kernel, so there likely will never be a stable release.

For the moment, both packages duplicate the same functionality.
