[aur-requests] [PRQ#9658] Deletion Request for manager.io

jhalfmoon [1] filed a deletion request for manager.io [2]:

Hi, the initiative to create this package is very much appreciated,
but... It is very, very much out of date currently and there is
another package (manager-accounting) that packages the same
application and is very much up to date. Therefor I propose to remove
this package, to keep the AUR clean. Thanks!
