[aur-requests] [PRQ#9659] Merge Request for skype

Rhinoceros [1] filed a request to merge skype [2] into skype-legacy
[3]:

skype should be renamed skype-legacy, because it's no longer the
latest stable version of skype. The latest stable version is already
published as skypeforlinux-bin (I think there was a slight name
